The Forstenrieder Park, directly located behind the house, invites you to take long walks or a pleasant jogging round. Our river ‘Isar’ is around the corner. Beautiful art nouveau villas, an old village pond, the center with small stores and good gastronomy characterize our location.

Munich:
The city of Munich is easily accessible by public transportation. Within 30 minutes you are at Marienplatz and can enjoy a cup of coffee at Dallmayr. You can also cycle along the Isar river into the city center - highly recommended...

Mountains:
By car, you drive 15 minutes south - and you'll get your first wide view of the pre-Alpine scenery. Munich's local mountains are within easy reach. The Starnberger See invites you. Garmisch Partenkirchen and the Tegernsee Valley are waiting to be discovered by you.
