We have been hosting happy guests for over 25 years. The Villa Solln has become a second home in Munich for many of them. They return to us and tell us their stories. And they see us reinventing ourselves again and again and keeping the small hotel in good condition. Together we go through these sometimes stormy times and all Heigls - now already three generations - are happy about everyone who finds his way to us and becomes a small part of us.

All room categories are equipped with bath/shower, hairdryer, desk, fast WiFi (free of charge), flat TV, laptop safe and a wipeable floor in wood look.

The studio will enchant you. It offers 2 bedrooms for up to 4 persons, a dressing room and a spacious, newly renovated bathroom with bathtub. Everyone who would like to try waltzing on a roof terrace will feel at home here. Cosy towels, shower gel and shampoo are available for you.
